Shipping Policy (AURÉVE)

Scope: United Arab Emirates. GCC shipping available Soon.

1) Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sat–Thu, excluding Fri).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST are processed the next business day.

  • Peak periods may add +2 business day; we’ll notify you by email.

2) UAE Delivery

  • Transit time: typically 1–3 business days after carrier pickup.

  • Free shipping: on orders ≥ 199 AED.

  • Flat rate: 20 AED for orders below 199 AED.

3) Addresses & Delivery Attempts

  • Please provide a complete address and valid phone number. Changes after dispatch may incur delays/fees.

  • The carrier makes 2 delivery attempts; undelivered parcels may be returned to sender.

  • Re-delivery of RTS parcels may incur a 20 AED re-shipping fee.

4) Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or incomplete addresses.

  • Restricted-access buildings may require scheduling.

5) Delays / Lost / Partial Deliveries

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but nothing received, check with reception/security/family first, then contact us within 48 hours.

  • For lost or partial shipments, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and clear photos.
