1) Eligibility

Change-of-mind returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging with proof of purchase.

Defective/damaged or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear photos.
2) Condition
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags, samples, and gifts. We may refuse or issue a partial refund if conditions are not met.
3) How to Start
Email [support@aurevebeauty.com] with: order #, full name, reason, and photos/video (if damaged/defective). We’ll reply with an RMA and return instructions/label if applicable.
4) Return Shipping

Change of mind: return shipping at customer’s expense.

Defect/damage/wrong item: we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Original shipping/customs fees are non-refundable.
5) Refund Method & Timing
Upon inspection/approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days after our confirmation for bank processing. For COD, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (service fees may apply).
6) Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., different shade), please return the unopened item and place a new order once the return is approved. For defects/damage we can send a replacement after verification.
7) Missing/Partial Orders
Report missing parcels or partial deliveries within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivered timestamp.
